I have to give up Colston, Manningham, and Felix Jones and I get DeAngelo Williams and Ryan Grant. I have some good WR's left but I'm dying at RB. This is a no brainer right?

I would say yes in a heart beat. Williams just off his bye and he should be ready to explode. As for Grant he usually has a strong second half of the season. Colston is valuable but New Orleans spreads the ball to everyone, Manningham buzz is dying off, Smith is the clear #1 and I think the Gmen go to Jacobs/Bradshaw and rely on the run more. Felix Jones is a great flex.

I think the deal favors you greatly, and opens up a roster spot for you to pick up a decent WR off of waivers.

I would definitely accept that trade. You are getting 2 starters at RB and the only really good player you are giving up is Colston. I have Jones on both of my teams, but he definitely won't play until at least Week 7. Manningham is good, but with Eli's injury the Giants will look to run a lot more.
